Our take
Pick it for
The Guinness-record pool on Level 77, free with every room, and a private beach on JBR Beach at the foot of the towers.
The trade-off
The Level 77 deck is shared with paying visitors and space is limited, and after late morning only guests aged 16 and over can swim.
Look elsewhere if
You want to swim facing Burj Khalifa, which the hotel pools in Downtown Dubai and Business Bay look onto.

Set dates to get pricesThe infinity pool
Address Beach Resort keeps its main pool on Level 77, at the top of its two 77-story towers on JBR Beach, which are joined by a sky bridge. It is a shared infinity pool, free for in-house guests, with an open edge that faces the sea. The pool holds the Guinness World Records title for the highest outdoor infinity pool in a building, set in 2021. Its water sits about 294 meters (964 feet) above the ground.
The view from Level 77
From the water, the view takes in the Arabian Gulf, Ain Dubai, Bluewaters Island, Palm Jumeirah, the World Islands and Burj Al Arab. In the evening, guests stay on the deck to watch the sun go down over the sea. The deck runs as ZETA Seventy Seven, a restaurant and bar with Asian fusion food, cocktails and light dishes served by the pool.
Who can use the pool
All in-house guests swim free of charge, whatever room they book. Guests of all ages are welcome until late morning; after that, the pool is open only to guests aged 16 and over. The exact time is on the resort's pool page, which also gives the opening hours: the pool opens in the morning and stays open until late at night, a little later on Fridays and Saturdays. Space on the deck is limited, and the hotel recommends booking ahead.
For a family with younger children, this means a morning swim together on Level 77, then the ground-level pools for the rest of the day.
The other pools and the beach
Three more pools sit at ground level: a family pool and adult pools. The Qix Kids Club adds an outdoor splash pad. Guests also have direct access to the resort's private beach on JBR Beach, with loungers, umbrellas and towels.
Packages for visitors
People who are not staying at the resort can use the Level 77 pool by booking a package: a pool pass, a night swim or a brunch that includes pool access. Packages come with a single sunbed, a gazebo for couples or a private cabana for groups of up to 7, in set time slots, and their value can be spent on food and drinks. Each of the 11 cabanas has air conditioning, a private bathroom and shower, a TV and a seating area. After dark the deck also works as a nightlife venue, with night swims and ladies' nights. A separate beach and pool pass covers the ground-floor pools and the private beach.
Which room to book for the pool
Level 77 access comes with every room and suite, so the choice of room is about the view and the extras. Marina City View rooms look over the Dubai Marina skyline and its canal, while Sea View rooms face JBR Beach, Palm Jumeirah and Burj Al Arab. Both views also come as Deluxe rooms with a balcony.
The Club Marina City View Room, the Club Sea View Room and the Club One Bedroom Executive Sea View Suite add Club privileges: breakfast, lunch with drinks, and evening bites and cocktails, either up at ZETA Seventy Seven by the pool or at The Beach Grill by the sea. The hotel suggests The Beach Grill for the evening to families with children.
For a private hot tub, book one of the Jacuzzi Pool Suites: the One Bedroom Jacuzzi Pool Sea View Corner Suite or the Two Bedroom Jacuzzi Pool Sea View Suite. Each has a Jacuzzi-style plunge pool, not an infinity pool, on a large balcony terrace facing Ain Dubai and Palm Jumeirah. The hot tub has no lifeguard, and children must be supervised.
